Welcome to WASTAAN these Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About WASTAAN
WASTAAN is an online fashion store serving customers in Pakistan. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” mean WASTAAN, operated by Noor group of company . References to “you” and “your” mean the customer or website visitor.
2. Products and Product Information
We try to display product descriptions, colours, sizes, images, and prices as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen.
Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
3. Prices and Payments
All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order if the information provided is incomplete, incorrect, or cannot be verified.
4. Orders and Order Cancellation
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is confirmed when we send an order confirmation or otherwise confirm it with you.
We may cancel an order because of incorrect pricing, product unavailability, suspected fraud, inaccurate customer details, or courier and delivery limitations. If payment has already been made, an eligible refund will be arranged through an agreed payment method.
You may request cancellation before your order is dispatched. Cancellation requests after dispatch may be treated under our return policy.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan. Orders are generally processed within 1–2 working days. Estimated delivery times are usually:
- Major cities: 3–5 working days
- Other areas: 5–8 working days
- Remote areas: longer delivery times may apply
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of courier operations, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses, security restrictions, or other circumstances outside our control.
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and reachable phone number. Additional delivery charges may apply if an order must be re-dispatched because of incorrect or incomplete information.
6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy. Eligible items must generally be returned within 7 days, unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and packaging.
Sale, clearance, customised, used, damaged, or hygiene-sensitive items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive incorrect, defective, or damaged.
Please contact us before sending any item back. We may request photographs, an unboxing video, or other information to assess a damaged or incorrect order.
7. Ownership and Website Content
All content on this website, including our brand name, logo, photographs, product descriptions, graphics, designs, and written material, belongs to WASTAAN or its content providers.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or use our content without our written permission.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, WASTAAN will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
11. Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations when caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, fires, epidemics, strikes, courier disruptions, government restrictions, political unrest, power outages, or internet failures.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws applicable in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith communication with WASTAAN If the dispute cannot be resolved, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Pakistan.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
