Shipping Policy – WASTAAN

We currently deliver across Pakistan.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Delivery generally takes:

• Major cities: 3–5 working days
• Other areas: 5–8 working days
• Remote areas: Delivery may take longer depending on the courier service

Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations and orders.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking details by SMS, email, or WhatsApp. Please ensure that your delivery address and contact number are correct. WASTAAN  is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information, courier disruptions, weather, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

If your parcel appears damaged or opened upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos and your order number.
